Terms and Conditions

These terms form the basis of an agreement between you and Ideal Barcelona.

Booking conditions

Send your request through our website form. A manager will confirm availability, the proposed programme, price and next steps by email. A booking is confirmed by email once the agreed payment or deposit requirements have been met.

Payment policy

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). The tour price includes the services listed in "What's included" on the tour page and confirmed in writing for your booking. Anything not listed there — including food, beverages and entrance tickets unless expressly stated — is not included. We accept payments by bank transfer and PayPal. In case of payment by credit card, additional fees will be taken; your bank may take an additional charge for this transaction.

Deposit

We may need a deposit to secure a booking. The amount varies according to the tour type but, in most cases, it is 25% of the tour and transportation costs plus full coverage of entry-ticket fees. If the full deposit is not received within the designated period, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

Refund policy

All notifications of cancellation must be received by email. If notice is received more than 14 days before the tour date, we refund all fees except actual costs such as entry-ticket fees. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the tour date or no show, 100% of the total invoice will be charged. No refund, even partial, applies to any client who voluntarily discontinues a tour.

Personal items

Ideal Barcelona holds no responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in vehicles or anywhere else during the tour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
