Terms and conditions

The terms detailed below form the basis of an agreement between you and Ideal-Barcelona.

Booking conditions

Our website aims at assisting the user looking for travelling and tourism services in Barcelona and at operating appropriate bookings.
Once the client book services through our website, they accept our present General Sales Conditions
Booking confirmation is sent to the client with file to download and to print from the client account within 2 days following the booking date

Payment policy

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Our Tour Prices include most of the time the private guide and sometimes tickets (if necessary). Food, beverage, use of bathrooms, and anything else not specifically included in the tour price agreement is not included. We accept payments by bank transfer and paypal.

In case of payment by credit card, additional fees will be taken. Your bank may take additional charge for this transaction. Please check with your bank in advance.

Deposit

We may need a deposit from you to secure your booking. The amount of deposit varies according to the tour type but in the most of the cases it is 25% of the tour and transportation costs plus full coverage of entry tickets fees . If full deposit is not received within the designated period of time, your booking may be automatically cancelled.

Refund policy

All notifications of cancellations must be received by email. We will assess the following penalties on the day that your cancellation is received:
If the cancellation notice is received more than 14 days prior the tour date, we will refund all fees except for the actual costs  su as entry tickets fees.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior the tour date or no show, 100% of the total invoice will be charged.
No refund, even partial, applies to any client who voluntary discontinues a tour.

Personal items

Ideal Barcelona holds no responsibility for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else during the tour.
