Information we collect and why
When you request a tour, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group details, pickup information and interests. We use it to answer your enquiry, take steps toward a booking and provide the services you request. We also process limited technical data for website security, service improvement and measurement of advertising performance.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Before optional consent, Google tags operate with Consent Mode defaults set to denied and may send cookieless measurement pings without writing advertising or analytics cookies. If you consent to Statistics or Marketing, the corresponding storage and personalization signals are updated and Google may use cookies or identifiers for analytics, conversion measurement and relevant advertising. Yandex Metrica loads only after Statistics consent and is stopped when that consent is withdrawn.

Recipients and international transfers

Unbooked enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions. Booking and accounting records may be kept longer where required by law. Consent records and analytics or advertising data follow the retention settings and provider terms described in the Cookie Policy. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
